Ftth/Fttb/Fttx Fiber Optic Jumper Optical fiber distribution box – GELD

A) The optical fiber splitting box of the corridor (indoor and external) shall be complete, and all plastic parts shall be free of burrs, bubbles, cracks, holes, warping, impurities and other defects. The thermal deformation temperature shall be ≥85℃, and the service life of the line shall be 15 years.

B) The inner metal plate of the optical fiber split-fiber box in the corridor (indoor and external) is made of Q235 cold-rolled plate, the thickness is not less than 1.2mm, and the surface is galvanized. The upper and lower installation plate of the box is made of Q235 cold-rolled plate, the thickness is not less than 2mm, and is galvanized and plastic-sprayed. The outdoor type is equipped with other pole installation iron parts, using stainless steel or iron accessories hot-dip galvanized treatment.

C) For metal structural parts with spray treatment, the coating and matrix shall have good adhesion, and the adhesion shall be no less than the level 2 requirement in Table 1 of GB, T 9286-1998 standard. The surface is smooth and clean, the color is uniform, there is no peeling, paint off, rust and other defects, no flow hanging, scratch, bottom, bubble and white phenomenon.

D) Non-metallic composite materials (plastics) used in the relevant accessories of the optical fiber splitter box in the corridor (indoor and external) shall comply with the provisions in GB, T 2408-2008 in terms of combustion performance.

E) The color of the surface coating of the fiber splitting box in the corridor (indoor and external) is chromatographic: GSB05-1426-200 medium gray (Panton-medium Gray 445, matte color for the same color).

F) The China Unicom LOGO must be on the upper left side of the front of the optical fiber distribution box. The color is red and the LOGO should be scaled according to the China Unicom trademark.

G) The surface color of the optical fiber distribution box should be easy to identify and mark, and coordinate with the environment.

H) The surface color of the working unit in the box must be easy to identify and distinguish. The color can be in harmony with the box or the surrounding environment.

I) Only the logo of China Unicom can be displayed on the front of the box. The manufacturer’s logo is not allowed to appear on the front of the box.
